Wishlists are handled under DKP, with the points. After you register/confirm your FFXI character you should be able to edit wishlists on there.

I just synchronized the DKP/Member roster, so you should see it now :)
I registered but I don't think I ever got anything about confirming character, as I see no way to do my wishlist.

According to our roster, you haven't setup your character yet.
You obviously registered an account, since you're posting here :) So next you need to click on "Characters" and "Add Character to Guildwork"
That should guide you through the steps needed to setup and add your FFXI character, verify it, and then I should be able to link you to the DKP (points) system.
